My dog is nervous, can I stay with them for their visit?
We ask pet parents to leave their dog with us during their pamper as it helps up form a bond with your dog because they aren't entirely focused on you. If you're really concerned, we have a large shop window to our open plan salon so you can sit in your car and watch.
Why are your prices 'FROM'? What will you charge to groom my dog?
Our prices can vary depending on your dogs size, coat type & condition, temperament and the level of difficult involved to achieve your desired haircut. We can give you an exact price once we have had a quick chat with you and met your dog.
Do you only pamper small dogs?
Our equipment is designed for small dogs and we have a weight limit of 17kg.
My dog can be snappy, should I let you know and is that ok?
Please always let us know if your dog is likely to display challenging behaviour - even if it's just when they are nervous. It enables us to take extra extra care with your dog and have an extra pair of hands on standby should we need it.
Can my dog visit if they have fleas?
We ask that you do NOT let you dog visit us if they have fleas.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
We understand that from time to time things come up which mean you need to change or cancel your appointment. Cancellations within 24hrs/no show appointments are charged at 100% of the appointment cost. Cancellations within 48hrs of the appointment are charged at 50% of the appointment.
